Why I’m Offering Interviews

Growing a live-streaming channel is hard. Many people get into it, thinking they’ll be able to pay all their bills just by streaming video games. That is certainly what initially drew me to it, and there are a lot of people who succeed and do just that.

Unfortunately, the reality is that most don’t. I didn’t, and I know dozens of others within the discord communities I’m in who have been stuck at the starting line for years.

The problem often isn’t even the content. More often than not, it is simply because the person trying to grow their channel doesn’t know how to get themselves out there. They haven’t been “discovered,” as it is often attributed to in the streaming community. In layman’s terms, they don’t understand the concept of marketing themselves as a brand, or the process of establishing a brand.

I’m here to help you change that.

What You Get Out of It

I can’t and will not promise that an interview with me will yield tangible results in your channel’s growth. I can’t accurately predict what people will search for, nor can anybody else.

Instead, this interview aims to get you into the mindset of appearing on the internet in places not tethered to the platform you stream on. It is to establish an online presence, one you can leverage to get more opportunities like this in the future. It adds search value to the brand that you create – your channel name being the brand. If people search your name in Google, they see you on Streamer’s Haven. They see your channel and other things about you. That is really, really valuable.

Search “Kenson Plays” on google. He is a good friend and a streamer who has nabbed every single spot for the top 10 results for “KensonPlays” across the various platforms he has created accounts on. One of those results is my interview with him.

This is what you want to see when you search for your name in Google. You want news articles that you appear in that tell people of things you did. You want interviews that people can encounter and get to know you. You want all of your active social media platforms at the top. This is what it means to brand yourself. You OWN the top 10 google search results, and those results are on reputable platforms.

All of this is for only an hour of your time.

What I Get Out Of It

I’m going to be frank with you – I’m doing this to establish a new category of content, which will generate ad revenue and affiliate income through sales made using affiliate links. That is my primary motive behind the interview process. I also get the recognition of the community as a place to advertise themselves on a website, to get even more interviews, and generate more content, increasing my site traffic.

I lay my motives bare for all to see so that you all know I am not hiding anything from you.

But I also do this because I know how much I wanted something like this when I actively streamed on Twitch. I was constantly looking for a place where I could go to for building my name when I actively streamed. I never found that place, even now. So I said, “Screw it; I’ll make it myself.”

And I did.

So go ahead, join the community discord, and get an interview with Streamer’s Haven scheduled today. It will only take about an hour of your time.

I hope to Interview You Soon!
